Qualification requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field

• Availability for at least 6 months

• Analytical and structured working style

• Team-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Brief Role Description

• Sustainability is a key component of our corporate strategy and is becoming increasingly important due to regulatory requirements and rising societal expectations. As a working student (m/f/d) in Facility Management with a focus on Sustainability Management, you will support our team in further developing and implementing related initiatives.

• The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Support the further development of the sustainability strategy and environmental management within Facility Management

• Contribute to energy management, particularly by analyzing energy consumption and deriving optimization measures

• Evaluate and prepare sustainability data (e.g., energy, CO₂, ESG KPIs)

• Support ESG reporting as well as presentations and reports

• Participate in sustainability and efficiency projects in building operations

• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and current sustainability trends

• Maintain and further develop internal data and documentation systems

• Support emergency management activities
